Making a claim that a person is being defamed and proving it in court are two distinct things. Is the power of the Church of Scientology (or at least the perceived power of their attorneys) enough to stop a book from being sold?
They've done it before many times.
I know there is something going on with Tom and his defense to protect scientology...Tom has really become a different person over the last ten years or so...He is hiding and defending something that he doesn't want others to know...but, everything that's done is secret always become public later on....
